Jaime Grob has lived in Asheville on and off for the last 30 years, but no matter where else she’s been, she always misses these beautiful mountains when she’s away. She is currently a student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and upon graduation will be a Board-Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, pursuing her passion of helping others to live their best lives in overall wellness. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of NC at Charlotte and has an extensive background in service-based management, organizational development, and human resources. She also has over 10 years of experience organizing and managing fundraising events that focus on health and wellness within communities.
Jaime is the co-owner and managing partner of a specialized art business with which she traveled the country for 14 years. In December of 2018 she returned to Asheville because she wanted to find a school that could offer her son, Gideon, a more complete education than she could offer him through homeschooling. She strongly believes that education is more than just teaching the core subjects, and that a school should support each child as a unique individual while encouraging them to grow into their best selves. She was thrilled to find the Franklin School of Innovation where Gideon and she both found exactly what they were looking for and absolutely loved teaching philosophy.
