Kendra Parks, earned a Bachelors degree in arts with a focus in outdoor leadership from Warren-Wilson College. She then went on to receive her teaching license for k-12 health and P.E. at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. While pursing her degree Kendra played soccer and basketball at the collegiate level. Kendra is originally from Raeford, NC and moved to Asheville 8+ years ago. She lives with her husband and 3 kids ages 4, 10, and 13. Kendra coaches multiple sports outside of teaching, she is the assistant girls volleyball and soccer coach for FSI and the goal keeper coach for the Warren Wilson Collage women’s soccer team. Kendra loves music, theater, sports and just being outside in nature and would love to take physical education in a more adventure education direction.
