Taylor Jenkins is in his second year of teaching at The Franklin School of Innovation. He holds a degree in pure mathematics from The University of North Carolina at Asheville and is currently accepted into a masters of art in teaching program through Lenoir-Rhyne that he hopes to start shortly. Taylor has presented as an undergraduate at regional MAA (Mathematical Association of America) conferences research in graph theory, and he loves to spread his love for mathematics to everyone.
Mr. Jenkins teaches martial arts at Blue Ridge Taekwondo and currently holds a 4th-degree black belt, and loves to mountain bike and anything else that gets him outdoors.
This year Mr. Jenkins will be teaching discrete mathematics, pre-calculus and python programming and is looking forward to an amazing year.
