Franklin is different from area schools.
Find out why!
Are you looking for a school that puts the student first? Where your child is valued? Where every student has the support to achieve at a high academic level? Where learning is real and matters for our school, community, and world?
The Franklin School of Innovation is a free, public charter school located in Asheville, NC with grades 5-12. What makes Franklin different? In one word: relationships. Your child will be known, valued, and supported by teachers who care and students who are kind. We take learning outside the four walls of the classroom and into our communities to learn from experts and solve the problems facing our community today.
Learning shouldn’t look the same for every student. At Franklin, we believe that learning can and should look different. Want to learn more? Read below to find an option that works for you and your family!
