Katie is honored and excited to be a member of Franklin’s founding faculty! She has worn many hats during her time at Franklin. She’s taught on every middle school teaching team, worked as our AP Testing Coordinator and is now our Crew Coach and EC Compliance Officer. Raised in the mountains of North Carolina, Katie spends her time enjoying all that encompasses Appalachia. Sharing those experiences with her husband and two sons bring her the most joy. Katie graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Philosophy.
