FSI is offering students 2 options for taking the Driver’s Ed Course

Take Driver’s Education online with Mountain Professionals Driving School
These classes are offered through WRESA (Western Region Education Alliance). Classes are available only to students residing in the following counties: Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, and Yancey. If you reside in Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Macon, McDowell, Swain, the driving portion will be done in your county with driver’s ed/commercial school there, and there may be an additional fee.

*NOTE: $60.00 Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, please be sure you can complete the requirements during the times for each session. You must complete assignments during the time frame outlined in the schedule. You will NOT be allowed to make up any assignments.
Upon completion of the class, you will be scheduled to drive by date of birth, oldest first. Typically, they will receive a call from an instructor within 60 – 120 days after completion of the classroom phase, depending on your age and the number of students in your district.
