We have received a large number of inquiries regarding email lists and distribution. Many of you have mentioned that you have not received communication from FSI, and would like to. 99% of those who have reached out are indeed in the parent email groups.
Steps to take that will help to rectify this problem:
- Please make sure to check your spam folder. Many families have found emails in that folder. Once you find it, please make sure to mark it as safe.
- Also, there is a process called whitelisting emails. Whitelisting is the process of adding an email to an approved sender list, so emails from that sender are never moved to the spam folder.
