Vadim was born in Tashkent (USSR) in the family of a military journalist, and he graduated from the Moscow Economic Business College and the Moscow Humanitarian Economic University, with a specialty in jurisprudence. He headed the search department at the Federal Bailiff Service of the Moscow Region under the Ministry of Justice of Russia. Vadim moved to the United States in 2014. Since the opening of the Franklin, Vadim has worked as a Facility Coordinator.
