Practices
Plan to practice every day after school when there is not a meet or inclement weather. Even when it rains, there might be indoor practice.
On most Wednesdays, Coach Anderson will be taking the team off campus to run (Bent Creek, Buncombe County Sports Park etc.) Transportation will be by school van.
